Error Code 495

Solution - 1
Go to Settings> Application Manager or Apps> Open "All" apps
From the list of apps find Google Play store> Clear Data and Clear Cache

If the problem with the above method is not solved, first uninstall the "Google Play Store" update and try the following
Go to system settings> Accounts> Google> remove your Gmail account

Restart your android and then accept all the Google terms and setup Google settings

Solution - 3
If none of the above works, then try the following procedure
Go to Settings> Wireless and network> Mobile networks> Access Point Names (or APN)
Now select the APN that you are using "xxyyzz"
Now go to "Proxy"
There should be a number in there
Go to "Port" and clear everything as well
Rerun Google Play Store and update your app


Error Code 498
Another common error is Error Code 498 It shows a message during an app download "An error is 498 has occurred while communicating with the server, reload" can be avoided by following the procedure below.

Solution - 1
Go to settings> Apps> Select "All" tab
From the "All" apps list> Find Google Play Store> Clear Data and Cache
Again from the "All" apps list> Find Google Service Framework> Clear Data and Cache
Now restart the Google Play Store and try to download / update the app or games

Solution - 2
If not working above, try another Google Account
Open Google Play Store
Go to settings> Accounts> Choose Account or add new account
Now try to download or install the app or game

If the above does not work, try the following procedure
Go to system settings> Accounts> Google> remove your Gmail account

Error Code 911
This error is for error complete Wifi network and "App can not be downloaded due to an error 911" message.

Solution - 1
Clearing the playstore data usually solves this problem
Go to Settings> Manage Applications or Apps> Open "All" tab
From the list of "All" apps> Scroll Down and Select "Play Store"> Select Force stop, Clear cache and Clear data

Solution - 2
If not working, change Wifi network.
Error Code 941
This error is due to incompatibilities between the old Android version and the current Play Store version (usually)

The RH-01 error is usually in custom ROM

Solution - 1

Run Google Play Store and try installing / updating the app

Solution - 1
Go to apps> All> Select your app> Clear cache and data
Run update again in Google Play

Solution - 2
Install app through Google Play Store website

Solution - 3
Turn off Wi-Fi and install or update app in Google Play Store via 3G or 4G data connection of your mobile

Solution - 4
Go to apps> All> Google Play Store> Clear cache and data
Go to apps> All> Google Services Framework> Clear cache and data
If the problem is still not resolved then follow the steps below
Go to Settings> Accounts> Google> Click on your Gmail account> Menu and Remove account
Restart device and add your Google account back

Go to apps> All> Google Play Store> Clear cache and data
Go to apps> All> Google Services Framework> Clear cache and data
Now reboot in recovery and go to Advanced> Clear dalvik cache
Reboot and try to install / update the app

Most of the problems are solved with factory reset but before that the data should be evaluated !!
